Does Pleft still work for you ?
Using Firefox 11.0 with no restriction on execution of scripts I get the "Created. Check you mail" message but never receive an email to any of the mail accounts.

Sorry to hear that the mails are not arriving correctly. I have just tested it and I do get a verification mail in my inbox, so it is not a server-wide problem.
As the one who has created the appointment, can you verify that you do not have any emails from Pleft with the word 'Verification' in the subject? Also check your spam or 'junk mail' folder.
If you did not find any messages indeed, please send a message from the same address to sander@pleft.com and I will try to find the issue.
